Welcome to
At Can Micalet, we believe gastronomy is an essential part of the Formentera experience. From a relaxed open-air breakfast to a signature dining experience at night, every moment is designed to let you enjoy the island through its flavours.
During the day, start your journey at Salines Cafè, while in the evening Origen Clandestino by Salines invites you to discover a unique culinary experience created by Chef Junior Franco, where local produce meets creativity and Latin American flavours.
Breakfast
Start your day with a breakfast prepared using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Natural juices, specialty coffee, artisan pastries, toast, pancakes, bowls, and healthy options to enjoy at your leisure on the terrace of Can Micalet.

Junior Franco
As the sun sets, Salines transforms into Origen Clandestino by Salines, a seasonal dining experience led by Chef Junior Franco.
His cuisine blends Mediterranean produce with Latin American flavours and techniques, creating a unique experience designed to be shared beneath the island’s century-old juniper trees.
